Dr. Gregory Mesa obtained an AAS in Radiology with academic honors from Blinn College in Bryan, TX before pursuing his premedical degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. He then enrolled with the Texas A&M University System College of Medicine to complete his Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Mesa continued his training with a family medicine residency through Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX. Before entering service in the U.S. Air Force as a Flight Surgeon, he completed the Aerospace Medicine Primary at Brooks AFB in San Antonio, TX.
After completing his service with the United States Air Force in 2012, Dr. Mesa moved his family to Colorado and focused his career in the direction of wound care and primary care specializing in geriatrics and anti-aging medicine.
Dr. Tilden Kinlaw is originally from coastal North Carolina. He was raised on a small farm and learned about natural food the old way, working in the fields and raising livestock. Dr. Kinlaw later had a "hobby farm" and was raising grass fed beef years before it was respected as a healthier choice than grain fed. Being close to nature has been important since childhood and one reason he chose Colorado as his new home.
After attending East Carolina University, Dr. Kinlaw completed his training at Life Chiropractic College in Atlanta Georgia. He had a very successful practice in NC for many years before deciding to make a change. Colorado is a wonderful state with a huge variety outdoor activities. "The mountains called and I came". Dr. Kinlaw began practice in Colorado in 2022 and loves it. "The people in Colorado are very health oriented. Exercise, nutrition and the great outdoors are the Colorado way of life. This fits my wellness approach to health and life".
